Inquiries are shared with ODPN members, who will not discuss them outside the Network. The text shared will not include your name and email, but there may be other identifying information in the inquiry . If requested, inquiries can be further anonymized by our administrator as much as possible before sharing with the Network (department and any explicitly identifying information are removed). This does not guarantee anonymity, however. Note that the ODPN Coordinator and the inquiry administrator will have access to all the information in this form.
