Explore the relationship between humans and the natural environment at CSU’s Mountain Campus.

The College of Liberal Arts offers 3 to 12 credits for undergraduate students to study the environmental humanities – through courses in history, philosophy, writing, and art – during the summer semester.

A Journalism major and Theatre minor, Audrey Francis traveled to Chicago after graduation to pursue studies in acting. Since then, she has appeared on primetime television via ER, Chicago Med, and Chicago Fire.
Journalism alumna Bonnie Ross is now the Corporate Vice President and Head of 343 Industries, which produces the Halo video game series.
A Sociology grad, Aaron Anthony Madonna teamed up with his former schoolmate to launch LifeSoap Company. LifeSoap brings drinkable water to developing countries through the sale of natural skin care products.
Communication Studies alumna Susie Wargin works as a real estate agent and sportscaster for Denver Sports 760.
Creative Writing alumnus Yusef Komunyakaa went on to earn a Pulitzer prize for his poetry. He was recently named the official State of New York poet.
A studio drawing grad and roller derby extraordinaire, Moriah Hummer produces a superhero comic book series centering on female empowerment. She recently spoke to NPR about advocacy via art and the treatment of women in the comic world.
Communication Studies alumnus Crockett Gillmore now sports a Ravens jersey during football season.
Clint Oldenburg, journalism grad and former CSU football lineman, now works as a full-time designer for Madden.
