More than 250 high school students from Northern Colorado heard Colorado State University and Fort Collins experts talk during the 2023 Climate Leadership Summit organized by Poudre School District students, some of whom are enrolled at Futures Lab. The event drew participants from at least 10 districts.

Fifteen new students have been selected to the prestigious VPR Graduate Fellows program for 2023-24, a program sponsored by the Office of the Vice President for Research.
SoGES has announced the selection of 20 early career scientists as Sustainability Leadership Fellows for the 2023-24 academic year. The cohort represents 16 departments and units and six colleges at CSU.

Since the annual Celebrate! Colorado State has grown beyond the capacity to acknowledge all award recipients at a single event, the Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President is holding a separate private luncheon this year to recognize its recipients for distinguished teaching and scholarship, faculty excellence, service, advising and leadership-related awards on behalf of the academic enterprise.
Each year, CSU celebrates the teaching, research and service achievements of CSU students, alumni and friends, academic faculty, administrative professionals and classified staff.
CSU has a host of events slated for APIDA and SWANA Heritage Month in April, with a theme revolving around movement and music that celebrates Asian Pacific Islanders and Desi Americans and Southwest Asians and North Africans.
