Biography

Tate is a first year master's student in the Political Science Department. His political subfields of choice are comparative politics and international relations. Tate's research studies the changing politics of the Arctic with emphasis on indigenous autonomy, electoral trends in Norden, and the impact of climate change in the High North.

Tate earned bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. As a proud Wisconsinite, he is happy to discuss student questions on cheese, craft beer/brewing, and the politics of the Badger State.
