Biography

Hello! My name is Willow Paul, and I am a Ph.D. student originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. My research and academic practice are dedicated to the study of political depolarization, deliberative democracy, and the facilitation of cross-party dialogue. I have examined and developed gamified interventions designed to facilitate cross-party dialogue and decision-making. I am also deeply involved with the Center for Public Deliberation, contributing to the Deliberative Journalism Project and community-focused interventions.

When not immersed in my studies, I love spending time outdoors. Every year, I patiently wait for ski season to arrive. Year-round, I enjoy hiking and taking impromptu road trips to visit my favorite hidden gems throughout the Rockies.
