1) Be either an incoming or currently enrolled graduate student in the CSU English Department 2) Be a full-time graduate student at the time that the scholarship is expected to be used 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Financial Aid of CSU 4) Not be a recipient of a CSU Graduate Teaching Assistantship (GTA) (Scholarship may be renewable upon the discretion of the Committee)
