1) Full or Part-time undergraduate enrolled in any major within the College of Liberal Arts at Colorado State University. 2) Be either traditional or non-traditional students (defined for this purpose as those students who either did not enter college immediately after completing high school or who had an interruption in their college education and had to take time off) 3) Be first generation students and/or from Historically Marginalized (economic, social, and cultural) communities in rural Northeastern Colorado 4) Maintain an overall 2.5 GPA
