1) Full-time undergraduate enrolled in the Department of Communication Studies within the College of Liberal Arts at Colorado State University 2) Pursuing a degree in Communication Studies 3) Maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA 3) Must have successfully completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at CSU 4) Participate in a range of extra-curricular activities

Established in 2005, this scholarship is intended to benefit a student in the Department of Communication Studies and honor Denny Phillips for his commitment to the Department of Communication Studies and his students.
