Hello! I graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Political Communication. Moving into my graduate studies journey, my research interest concerns ingroup/outgroup rhetoric that weaponizes identity to achieve political goals and what we can do to promote deliberative democracy practices in a polarized political culture.

In my free time, I work with a local non-profit organization coaching elementary school girls in public speaking. I love watching younger generations harness the strength of their authentic voice to empower themselves and others through speech.
