Lauren Matheny is a first-year MFA student in the fiction program. At CSU, she works as an intern at the Center for Literary Publishing and as publication editor for the Community Literacy Center’s publication, SpeakOut! When she’s not writing or reading, Lauren enjoys dancing, acrobatics, and acting in Shakespearean plays. She also loves exploring Colorado and her new home of CSU.
