Biography
Dr. Lukas Bullock is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Race, Gender, and Ethnic Studies at Colorado State University. He holds a PhD in Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Kentucky and previously served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Political Science at Lund University, Sweden, where he worked on the Swedish Research Council funded project "Unequal Opportunities to Advance Equality", a comparative study of civil society organizations advancing gender and racial equality policy across Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

His work brings grassroots activists and institutional insiders into conversation to reveal the tensions underlying policy processes, especially in the Nordic context.
His pedagogy is shaped by years of experience as a community organizer, and centers dialogue as a means of developing critical thinking skills. So far, his teaching at Colorado State has included; ETST260 Indigenous Issues, ETST365 Global Environmental Justice Movements.
