Hi! I'm Gabrielle, and I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Philosophy at CSU. I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio and went to undergrad at Hamilton College in upstate New York. I came to philosophy from a math and creative writing background, so if you're interested in how philosophy applies to other disciplines, I'm happy to talk about it! My philosophical interests are in aesthetics, particularly about what obligations we have as consumers of media and how social contexts influence the epistemic authority of art (ask me about being a snob). I'm also interested in social epistemology and metaethics. Outside of philosophy, I enjoy running, crocheting, reading fiction, Modern Family, and Annie's mac and cheese (especially the purple box). So excited to be working with you this semester!
