Biography

Ana was born in Mexico City where she lived for 18 years before coming the the United States. She has been teaching at Colorado State University since 1990.  Although she has taught many different levels of classes, her favorites are the Spanish Business class and the composition class. Besides teaching at CSU she enjoys playing viola as a sub for the Cheyenne Symphony and the Fort Collins Symphony at times. She also loves flamenco which she has danced since 1996 and performed at CSU, the New West Fest, at the Lincoln Center and other venues.
