Summer Piano Competition & Festival: International Keyboard Odyssiad® & Festival, U.S.A.

The International Keyboard Odyssiad® & Festival, U.S.A., is a weeklong summer piano competition and festival featuring over a dozen guest artists and pianists in daily masterclasses and presentations, matinee concerts, the live Semifinal and Final Rounds of the Olympic-styled Odyssiad® competition, and riveting evening and matinee concerts by internationally renowned pianists, including Van Cliburn winners. Taking place at the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the International Keyboard Odyssiad® and Festival (IKOF) is designed for pianists of all ages and nationalities, teachers, and the general public who love the piano and its repertoire.
Family Day

Family Day is a free, drop-in program featuring art activities led by CSU Art Education faculty and students. Designed for children ages 5-12. Enjoy a variety of hands-on activities, including crafts to take home, games, and experiments. Meet students, curators, and other experts. Explore the galleries! Connect with art and each other!
Yoga in the Gardens
A free, hour-long Vinyasa flow yoga class in the Annual Flower Trial Gardens, across the street from the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art. Led by Theresa McLaren, GAMA Visitor Services Manager and certified yoga instructor.

3óóxoneeʼnohoʼóoóyóóʼ /Ho’honáá’e Tsé’amoo’ėse: Art of the Rocky Mountain Homelands of the Hinono’eino’ and Tsétsėhéstȧhese Nations is co-curated by Bruce Cook (Haida/Arapaho) from the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming, George Curtis Levi (Southern Cheyenne/Arapaho) of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes of Oklahoma, and Emily Moore, Associate Professor of Art History at Colorado State University. Moore has also involved students in exhibition development through a Fall 2023 art history seminar with the help of Cook and Curtis Levi.
