Joe Conrad is a creative entrepreneur and a digital health pioneer who believes that the power of creativity and innovation can solve any problem. Since 1990, Conrad has led the charge at Cactus, a purpose-driven branding and creative agency with the mission of growing brands that help people thrive.  

Conrad is also the Founder and CEO at Grit Digital Health –– a team of specialists in behavioral health, wellness, technology and marketing committed to transcending barriers like stigma and access to help people get the support they need, when and how they need it. Conrad and his team are the creators of Man Therapy, an innovative and award-winning campaign that is the world’s leading men’s mental health brand. Grit Digital Health, in a partnership with Colorado State University, launched YOU at College, a student success and well-being platform that is on 65 campuses. 

Joe is a first-generation college student and graduated from Colorado State University in 1987 with a degree in Journalism. Joe met his wife Erin at Colorado State and all three of their children have graduated from the university. He is a member of the Green and Gold Foundation, and Joe and Erin sponsor a social impact scholarship through the Journalism and Media Communication department.
