Clint Oldenburg is the Line Producer for EA SPORTS Madden NFL, overseeing the full production lifecycle from early concept development to post-launch live service. With more than 13 years of experience in game development, and a five-year career as an NFL offensive lineman, Oldenburg brings a rare blend of leadership, industry expertise, and passion for both sports and interactive entertainment. At EA, Clint champions a culture rooted in respect, innovation, and people-first leadership, with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional experiences to players. 

Before transitioning to the gaming industry, Oldenburg played football professionally for six NFL teams, including the Washington Commanders (formerly the Redskins) and the New England Patriots. 

Oldenburg is a proud graduate of Colorado State University, where he earned his B.A. in Technical Journalism with honors. As a student-athlete, he was both an athletic and academic All-Conference selection, a team captain, and played under the leadership of Coach Sonny Lubick. 

Outside of work, Oldenburg enjoys life with his wife of 11 years, Shawnna, and their two sons, Cameron and Cooper. He is active in his community as a youth sports coach and is a co-owner of Three Odd Guys Brewing, an expanding local craft brewery he runs with his business partners.
