Education Resources

CSU Dance offers dance education resources for educators, students, and K-12 teachers, helping them learn more about how dance can be incorporated into the classroom. These tools inspire and support on-going curriculum and programming, including a variety of experiences from a professional development summer seminar, a field trip to the University Center for the Arts for 4th graders from Title I schools to detailed lesson plans and learning experiences (with examples and templates) that can be implemented right away.

Additional resources and links to programs within our community and state are regularly updated. We work alongside educators, administrators, researchers, students, etc., continually advocating for and enhancing dance and arts experiences for all.

You can also view the work of CSU Dance majors, Aminta Remisosky and Katie McClendon, on the Colorado Department of Education website, including their contributions to the Teacher-Authored instructional Unit Samples.
