CSU student Joshua Duran played a key role in the ideation of this year’s Black History Month theme, “Black Destiny Month: Redesigning Our Future.” In this video, he explains how he hopes that future generations of learners and teachers share Black history.
CSU and Fort Collins will celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 16, with a community march as well as a keynote by poet and political activist JC Futrell — known by the stage name as Panama Soweto.
