As our Environmental Justice Working Group builds capacity to become a CSU Center for Environmental Justice, we would love to share our vision and get your department’s or center’s feedback.

Please join us for conversation and light refreshments!

The Environmental Justice Working Group has been supported by SoGES since 2014, and in that time we have built a strong interdisciplinary EJ community on campus and across northern Colorado, as we also build national and international relationships with other EJ nodes. Our co-PIs are Neil Grigg (Engineering), Melinda Laituri (Natural Resources), Stephanie Malin (Sociology), Josh Sbicca (Sociology), Dimitris Stevis (Political Science), and Stacia Ryder (Sociology). We have active involvement from faculty in all Colleges and 18 departments across CSU. (Please see our attached pdfs for more details about our research, training, and engagement activities.)

We welcome everyone to stop by, whether you have worked with us in the past or just have questions about what we do. If you are interested and cannot make it, EJ Working Group PIs are also happy to schedule individual meetings in March or April! For questions or to set up an individual meeting, please contact environmentaljusticecsu@gmail.com.

We would greatly appreciate RSVPs to get an idea of how many people to expect. For those interested in stopping by, please RSVP using the evite links below. http://evite.me/FZrVfSbrBx
