Severin is a Master's student with a primary focus on community development and lifestyle movements. Most recently his work has focused on documenting the foundation of the Tiny House Movement. In this capacity, he has developed a 5 part model to explain the motivations behind people who adopt to live in tiny houses. He has also recently published research on ideas of community of people who are interested in living in tiny houses. Severin also enjoys environmental sociology and is working in conjunction with faculty to look at global environmental concern and how concern is affected by income inequality.
