Biography

I have an undergraduate degree in English and Political Science from the University of Ghana, and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Rhetoric, Theory and Culture (RTC) from Michigan Technological University.

My research has broached fields like media and visual representations, rhetoric, feminisms and literature. My master's thesis was on “Political Economy of Ghanaian Media: Conceptualizing News Media’s Role Through the Media Coalition Against Galamsey.”

I chose Colorado State University because of the flexibility and mentoring elements the program offers as well as the program’s emphasis on globalization, and interdependence on diverse social worlds.

My principle in life is “Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law” (Romans 13: 8).

If you see me smiling or laughing, just know that it is who I am.
