Biography

Leah Day attended BYU and received a bachelor’s degree in English Teaching. She has also received her endorsement for Teaching English Language Learners. Leah has taught the past few years as a seventh-grade ELA teacher at Pleasant Grove Junior High School. She is now attending CSU for a master’s in English Education and is an instructor for CO150. 

Some of Leah’s research interests include anti-racist education and young adult literature. A few of her hobbies are baking, hiking, rock climbing, and spending time with her daughter.
