Sicong "Frank" Zhou (B.M. 2019, CSU; M.M. 2021, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music) was offered a full fellowship to pursue his D.M.A. at the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. While a CSU student, Frank won the CSU Concerto Competition, performing the Schumann Piano Concerto with the University Symphony Orchestra, and was an International Keyboard Odyssiad and Festival (IKOF) silver medalist.
Andre Short (B.M. 2015, CSU; M.M., 2020, Perugia Conservatory of Music, Italy) was accepted into the D.M.A. program at the Royal College of Music in London where he will continue his research on 19th century women in music. While a student at CSU, Andre won the CSU Concerto Competition and performed the Prokofiev Concerto No. 1 with the University Symphony Orchestra, and was an IKOF bronze medalist.
