Virtuoso Series Concert, Bryan Wallick, Piano

Dr. Bryan Wallick has joined the CSU faculty after serving on the faculty of the University of Pretoria, South Africa since 2007. He is a highly active international performing artist, including solo and collaborative appearances throughout the United States, Europe, and South Africa. He was the 1997 gold medalist of the Horowitz International Piano Competition and received his bachelor and master’s degrees from The Juilliard School, a post-graduate diploma from the Royal Academy, and his D.M.A. from the University of Pretoria. Dr. Wallick has been touring this year with cellist Alexander Ramm and violinist Yi-Jia Susanne Hou, was a guest at Musicfest Perugia in Italy, and is judging the upcoming Olga Kern International Piano Competition.
