Vocal Arts Masterclass Day

Join us on the CSU campus for a day of masterclasses and activities for private voice students and their teachers!

Faculty from the CSU voice area will conduct sessions covering a range of topics for  students, including classical and music theater technique, body alignment and usage, and acting.

Students will have the opportunity to sing in masterclasses throughout the day, working on honing the craft of singing. See the schedule (right) for a list of sessions and faculty presenters.

The day concludes by attending the CSU Ralph Opera Center performance of Aaron Copland’s “The Tender Land” followed by a talk-back session with the student performers.

Private studio teachers should recommend their student(s) for the session using the following form. Studio teachers are also invited to attend the masterclass day with their students.
