  Director\n\nThe RMRDC allows statistical analysis of health\, population\
 , and economic data collected internally and confidentially by federal sta
 tistical agencies that are NOT otherwise available for public use. It is a
  physical laboratory located in Boulder\, set up according to the guidelin
 es of the Census Bureau to ensure data protection. This session will provi
 de overview of restricted data resources for RDC-based research and steps 
 involved in gaining approval for projects.\n\nHealth Data: Includes restri
 cted data from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) and the Ag
 ency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)\, including various survey
 s that have been linked with death records\, Medicare and Medicaid enrollm
 ent and claims\, and Social Security benefits.\n\nPopulation Data: Include
 s censuses and surveys of households and individuals includes all records 
 and complete geography (in many cases down to the block). Items such as in
 come are not topcoded. Individual identifiers such as name\, address\, and
  social security numbers are not included.\n\nEconomic Data: Includes cens
 uses and surveys of business establishments and firms. Linked Business and
  Household Data combine federal and state administrative data on employers
  and employees with core Census Bureau censuses and surveys.\n\nFor more i
