This CSU faculty-led summer Education Abroad program takes students on a comparative journey to explore Spain and Morocco. Students will learn about the Mediterranean environment, history, food, culture, politics, and women’s roles in food systems through lectures and discussion led by CSU faculty and local experts. Academics are enhanced by visits to cultural and archaeological sites, farmers markets, vineyards, olive groves, natural parks, and through a variety of activities that foster intercultural understanding.
