Jos CharlesJoin CSU English for a Poetry Reading with Jos Charles Friday, April 14

Acclaimed poet Jos Charles will read from her poetry collection feeld, which was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Poetry. This startling collection addresses the vicissitudes of desire, identity, and trans life. Inspired by both modern-day life and the medieval, Charles creates “a totally new sound . . . an unprecedented syntax to accommodate an unprecedented experience.”

Charles will read from feeld and discuss her engagement with the medieval in its development.

This event is free to all CSU students, faculty, and staff and made possible with support from the Department of English, CSU Creative Writing Reading Series, and Rocky Mountain Medieval and Renaissance Association.
