1) Full-time student with a first major in the College of Liberal Arts 2) Have at least 60 credits earned at CSU 3) Demonstrate financial need as established by the Office of Student Financial Services of CSU 4) Maintain an overall 3.25 GPA
History
This scholarship was created to honor the incredible contributions Dave and Paula Edwards have made to the College of Liberal Arts at Colorado State University. Their contributions have made an extraordinary impact on many facets of the college. Their various gifts have helped create and will ensure the perpetuation of the Faculty Development Fund, which supports the research and creative activities of the faculty, and by promoting faculty excellence, helps ensure excellence in all other facets of the college. They also have given generously of their time to the Liberal Arts and University development councils; they have traveled to alumni functions with the College of Liberal Arts, reengaging alumni and carrying the Colorado State University message and Ram pride wherever they go; and, they have played a leadership role in the Great Conversations series, assisting in many ways with its significant growth and success.
This scholarship ensures that Dave and Paula's extraordinary commitment and many contributions to the College of Liberal Arts are remembered and honored by rewarding the excellence of the liberal arts students who have significant financial need.
