Graduate Degrees Offered

The College of Liberal Arts at Colorado State University has a significant role in building and nurturing the heart and soul of a great, comprehensive University. Many elements contribute to its successful contributions within this role. Most essential are the rigor and vitality of its faculty scholars and artists, the commitment and effectiveness of its service, the quality of the academic foundations it provides through undergraduate programs, and the dynamic opportunities it offers to build on those foundations through its graduate programs.

We are proud to offer a rich mix of graduate programs. They build on the superior accomplishments of our faculty. And whether they are masters programs or terminal M.F.A. or Ph.D. programs, they offer stimulating growth experiences because of the purposive pursuit of precise and insightful understandings; explorative discoveries; relevant, dynamic applications; and expressive analytical and aesthetic innovations that have been built into them. Our graduate programs are a testament to the committed work and accomplishments of the faculty and students who have made these programs such valuable contributors to the educational mission of Colorado State University. We invite you to join us!

The University has specified that certain academic practices and procedures shall apply to all graduate degrees regardless of the departments and colleges in which study is undertaken. The Graduate School is the unit which applies and administers these requirements.
